This women’s leadership program is delivered over 6 months, through a combination of personal coaching and feedback, interactive activities, workplace project, and networking opportunities, to provide a rich experience with long lasting benefits for participants and their organizations or business. Vicki Carter, a Registered Organisational Psychologist, leads this program.

This program can be run in-house

The Program concludes with a one-on-one coaching session to support participants in effectively leveraging their program experience and put measures in place to realise their full potential.

Team Building

Team Building  - MBTI

About the Program

Learn to identify and deal constructively with different personality types using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®). The Myers Briggs Type Indicator provides a spotlight to help people in organisations understand themselves and their behaviour, appreciate others so as to make constructive use of individual differences, and see that approaching problems in different ways can be healthy and productive for a team.

In this program, participants complete a MBTI® questionnaire, learn how to interpret the results, and then apply this knowledge by engaging with personality types that are similar and different to their own. Preferences are also analysed to discover and appropriately manage potential areas of strengths and weaknesses within the team. By recognising personality type, individuals within the team will be better equipped to approach communication and problems within the team in different yet healthy ways.
